Job summary

University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC) seeks a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist to perform a wide range of radiology procedures on patients of all ages in the department.

The role requires completion of an accredited radiologic technologist program, current Texas MRT certification, CPR, ARRT within one year, and strong computer/documentation skills. One year hospital radiology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technologist program.
• Certification in Texas MRT and CPR.
• ARRT achievement within one year of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of Diagnostic Radiology procedures on patients of varying ages.
• Assists in development and monitoring of department systems to improve patient care in Diagnostic Imaging.
• Coordinates activities to ensure high-quality patient care within the department.
