Job summary

Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging exams and ensure high-quality images. You will operate radiology equipment, position patients accurately, and follow provider requests and protocols.

You will adhere to radiation safety standards, document in the EMR, and contribute to patient education before, during, and after procedures. The facility may require on-call rotations nights, weekends, and holidays based on needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program or be a candidate for certification.
• Knowledge of radiographic positioning, film processing, quality control and radiation protection.
• Experience with computed radiography and PACS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations and ensure quality diagnostic images.
• Position patients accurately and operate imaging equipment per provider requests.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and protect patients and staff.
• Document procedures in the EMR and provide patient education when appropriate.
