AMN Healthcare is seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Physician for locum tenens support near Long Beach, CA. Start ASAP, schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with credentialing expected in 2–3 months. Board Certified in Radiology required along with BLS, ACLS, and DEA.

Caseload includes 100–120 daily modalities, CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound and fluoroscopy, with basic neuroradiology and MSK procedures. AMN offers malpractice insurance, travel and lodging coordination, and highly competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret diagnostic imaging studies.

• Collaborate with clinicians and radiology team to ensure quality patient care.

This facility is seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Job Setting: Medical Center

Modalities: 100-120 daily, Diagnostic and Light Interventional, 30-32 Computed Tomography (CT), 3 Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), 60-70 X-Ray, 12-15 Ultrasound, 2-3 Fluoroscopy, procedures, comfortable with basic neuroradiology and Musculoskeletal (MSK)

Shift/Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday , 9A-5P

Dates Needed: As soon as possible, ongoing

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 months

Certifications Required: Board Certified and Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
