Job summary

Qualifications

• MD degree or equivalent in allopathic/osteopathic medicine
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the US or DC
• Completed radiology residency approved by ACGME/AOA
• Board certification or eligibility in radiology
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Provide general and specialized diagnostic radiology services and procedures for VA patients.
• Interpret radiology images (X-ray, CT, MRI, US, nuclear medicine) and generate reports.
• Supervise radiology staff and ensure compliance with VA medical staff bylaws.
• Participate in research activities and cover call responsibilities as assigned.
