Job summary

Mercor is hiring board-certified radiologists (MDs and DOs) to evaluate health AI models in partnership with a leading AI lab. You will read de-identified patient charts and judge AI answers to clinical questions in radiology.

Key responsibilities include evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, safety and standard-of-care alignment, validating each answer against charts, writing structured rationales, and flagging safety concerns. This is remote, hourly, part-time work with immediate start.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified in ABR Diagnostic Radiology or AOA
• Active, unrestricted US medical license
• Residency completed, with fellowship if required
• Currently practicing in the US with at least 1 year of independent activity
• 3+ years post-training experience preferred
• Clear written communication and close attention to detail

• 3+ years of post-training experience strongly preferred
• Clear written communication and close attention to detail
