Job summary

Veterans Health Administration (VHA) - Fargo VA Medical Center is seeking an on-site Diagnostic Radiologist to join our imaging team. The position encompasses general radiology, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, ultrasound, DEXA, and nuclear medicine with emphasis on accurate reporting and patient-centered care.

The role supports performance improvement and accreditation efforts, uses PowerScribe for dictation, and requires timely documentation in CPRS.

Qualifications

• Must have an MD or DO degree from an approved school.
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the United States.
• Residency in a core specialty with board eligibility.
• US citizenship or qualifying status under VA policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiology services across general radiology, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, ultrasound, DEXA, and nuclear medicine.
• Produce accurate, timely reports using PowerScribe.
• Participate in performance improvement, peer review, and accreditation activities.
• Document care in CPRS and communicate with imaging staff and providers.
• Work schedule: 8:00am–4:30pm at the VA Fargo facility.
