Job summary

MedCadre in Colorado is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures in accordance with physician specifications, including patient transfers, ionizing radiation, and assisting with the x-ray examination process. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with Radiologists and staff.

You will educate and position patients, maintain infection prevention policies, ensure image quality, and support the department with related tasks.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration and BLS required or as per facility policy.
• Certification in CT preferred or required by assignment.
• Ability to learn and use imaging software and hospital information systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Diagnostic X-Ray Procedures with proper positioning.
• Operate X-Ray imaging equipment and ensure image quality.
• Coordinate examinations to maintain timeliness and patient care.
• Submit images and clinical data to Radiologists for interpretation.
• Follow infection prevention policies and sterile technique.
• Educate, position, immobilize patients and handle multiple tasks.
