Job summary

Grant Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the day shift in the Diagnostics department. The role requires performing diagnostic radiographs and fluoroscopy with attention to patient safety and image quality.

You will position patients, operate imaging equipment, and assist with QC procedures while supporting students in the radiography program. Applicants must be ARRT-registered, hold an Ohio radiologic license, and maintain BLS certification; strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved accredited radiography program.
• Registered with ARRT; ODH Ohio Radiologic License.
• BLS certification.
• Thorough knowledge of radiographic procedures and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and fluoroscopy.
• Position patients and adjust technical factors for optimal images.
• Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Process images for interpretation and perform QC on X-ray unit.
• Supervise students and assist/evaluate radiography program learners.
