Atlantic Health System is seeking a Radiographer to perform X-ray imaging for diagnostic purposes under the direction of the Radiologist. The role includes preparing and maintaining patient records, ensuring high-quality images, and prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School.
• 0-3 years of experience as a Radiographer or relevant area.
• NJ State Radiologic Technologist (RT) license.
• ARRT Certification.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging and treatment processes per guidelines.
• Maintains imaging equipment setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and care.
• Obtains patient history, explains procedures, addresses questions.
• Ensures safety and comfort of patient; maintains equipment.
• Coordinates daily imaging procedures and updates as needed.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
