Job summary

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, NM RRT license or temporary license, and ARRT certification preferred with up to one year to obtain it. This PRN, on-site position offers various shifts and a robust benefits program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates Degree preferred
• NM Radiography Technologist (RRT) License or Temporary license required
• ARRT R.T.(R) certification preferred at time of hire; 1 year to obtain ARRT certification

Responsibilities

• Maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives and quality assurance, safety
• Performs radiographic examinations
• Checks equipment, supplies and accessories and maintains stock for each radiography room
• Develops film and evaluates film quality
• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of work areas
• Transports patients to radiographic room and prepares room
• Engages in educational programs, literature and workshops to grow professionally
• Attends required meetings
