Job summary

Infor Marshall, MI is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to provide diagnostic ultrasound services under supervision of the Lead Sonographer and Radiology Director. The role requires ARDMS certification and competency in ABD/OB-GYN with the ability to perform transvaginal exams when needed.

The position covers lab operations, results reporting, and coordination with physicians, ensuring accurate imaging and patient care standards in a busy radiology setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a formal ultrasound technology program accredited by CAAHEP.
• Active ARDMS certification in ABD or OB/GYN, or registry eligible with 1-year to hire.
• Maintain CME compliance for specialty(s) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment and perform diagnostic examinations as ordered.
• Prepare preliminary reports and communicate findings to physicians.
• Manage daily operations of the sonographic laboratory and schedule.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Coordinate with department leadership for workload coverage.
• Provide education on sonographic procedures to staff when needed.
