Technician Responsibilities:

• Follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairs
• Complete detailed job write-ups including cause and correction
• Meet customer commitments
• Deliver quality workmanship aiming for zero comebacks
• Use proper safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Lead and train team members when needed
• Proper use and care of tools and equipment
• Handle and store warranty parts appropriately

Technician Requirements:

• You provide the drive, willingness to learn, and we provide training
• Our locations are Certified Uptime Centers
• Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment
• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Owns necessary hand tools for skill level
• Pride in workmanship
