Job summary

Inizio Engage is partnering with Modular Medical to launch Pivot Insulin Pump. The Diabetes Sales Representative will educate clinicians and patients, build HCP relationships, and drive multichannel sales engagement across in-person and virtual settings.

The role requires 2+ years of field sales experience (pharma or B2B) and a strong technical acumen to convey product value. Travel up to 20% may be required, with a base pay range of $70K–$130K per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of field sales experience (Pharma or B2B).
• Prior pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Experience with diabetes injectables, devices, or CGM strongly preferred.
• Strong technical acumen to educate, demonstrate, and influence across channels.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand for Pivot Insulin Pump through clinical selling and education with endocrinologists and clinics.
• Conduct product and technical training for patients and healthcare providers on Pivot therapy.
• Establish and grow relationships with physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, and other HCPs.
• Communicate sales messaging, patient benefits, and product information.
• Develop and execute routing plans and territory strategies.
