SUMMARY
The Diabetes & Nutrition Education Program Instructor provides individualized Diabetes Self-Management Education/Training (DSME/T) within their scope of practice according to the current American Diabetes Association's (ADA) Standards of Care. If Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), the instructor will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).
$28.50 - $32.25 DOE.
Employee's can receive up to $520 on the quarterly bonus.
