Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from a recognized/accredited school or college of pharmacy required.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
- Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.

- Review medication orders for safe and effective medication use.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
