Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager to educate healthcare professionals and patients on diabetes products. This field-based role covers Montana with a 5-day field expectation, reporting to the Clinical District Manager.

The CTM educates patients and professionals, supports sales as a technical resource, and collaborates to drive territory growth while ensuring positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in one or more clinical fields (CDCES, RN, RD, PA, NP, Pharmacist).
• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of clinical experience required or Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of clinical experience required.
• Experience with healthcare education and clinical support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and healthcare professionals about intensive diabetes management using Medtronic products.
• Supports sales activities indirectly and serves as a technical resource.
• Collaborates with sales and other departments to grow the territory and optimize patient experiences.
• Troubleshoots clinical and technical issues related to Medtronic products and assists with patient therapy management.
• Travels within the territory for seminars, events, and meetings; captures engagements in Salesforce.
