Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Diabetes Sales Associate in the United States to grow sales with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. You will promote FreeStyle products and strengthen the brand's market presence through proactive field sales efforts.

You will build relationships with physicians, nurses and pharmacists, chase sales quotas, and collaborate with channel partners. You will stay current on internal products and market trends while delivering responsible, compliant customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
1–3 years of prior sales experience with a successful track record.
Excellent communication skills, high energy, integrity and ambition to succeed.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales quotas for FreeStyle Libre portfolio.
Prospect for new business and close for new sales in expanded marketplace.
Collaborate with channels partners within HCP, Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care.
Establish relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other health care constituents.
Develop and implement territory, account and call plans with goals and timeframes.
Document daily, weekly and monthly activities using the reporting system.
Maintain compliance with quality guidelines and internal controls.
