The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Diabetes Center of Excellence at Clover Staffing provides comprehensive diabetes education and care coordination in Brooklyn, NY. Responsabilidades

• Counsel patients on diabetes medications and administration techniques.
• Lead prior authorizations and appeals for diabetes medications.
• Coordinate with endocrinology team to optimize therapy for patients.
• Educate patients on glucose monitoring, diet, and activity.
• Troubleshoot device issues and ensure data sharing for remote care.
