Job summary

EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA is seeking a per diem Medical Assistant for the Diagnostic Imaging department to perform clerical duties and assist with patient flow. The role includes cleaning rooms after exams, restocking supplies, and transporting patients as needed.

Responsibilities also cover answering calls, greeting patients, obtaining histories, coordinating with the EPIC system for lab work, and scheduling exams to ensure accurate paperwork and timely imaging services.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Good working knowledge of proper body mechanics.
• Knowledge of Radiology/Medical terminology.
• Experience with direct patient contact experience for at least 6 months.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and experience (preferred).

Job description

Wage Range: $24.78 - $37.99 per hour plus per diem premium

Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
