The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The salary range for this position is $63,679 - $84,375.
Location The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed. In this position you can expect to work from the Richard T. Castro Human Services Center located at 1200 Federal Blvd. Denver CO 80204 at least three (3) days per week, and off site/work from home up to two (2) days per week however this arrangement may be adjusted based on business needs. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.

The Family and Adult Assistance Division is looking for a Human Services professional with diverse workforce management, program planning, and implementation experience. In this role, you will be expected to pay close attention to urgent deadlines and be goal-oriented in encouraging your team as a performance manager to process tasks in a timely manner, promote accurate and thorough quality assurance and customer service, and stay updated on policy and procedure changes at the federal, state, and county level. Most importantly, you will be expected to maintain a positive leadership approach that fosters an ideal workplace environment where employees can share ideas and grow within the agency.

Position Type Unlimited Position Salary Range $63,679.00 - $105,070.00 Target Pay Though the full range is listed, our expected hiring range is between $63,679 and $84,375.
