Empower students as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing with a fulfilling contract opportunity serving K-12 learners near South Bend, IN. Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Indiana Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing License (IN DHH LICENSE) is required
• Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing, preferably across elementary to high school settings (K-12)
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong knowledge of assistive technology and best practices for accessible learning
• Skilled in American Sign Language (ASL) and/or other communication modalities for DHH students
• Excellent collaboration skills with school staff, families, and support services
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
