Job summary

Garver’s Buildings team in the Dallas area seeks a Regional Growth Leader to drive strategic growth and expand the firm’s presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You’ll lead client engagement, pursue key opportunities, and align cross‑functional teams to win projects in building design.

Qualifications

• Evidence of success in securing major business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in executing and monitoring business plans.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Industry knowledge relevant to buildings market.
• Experience pursuing opportunities across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with North Texas Buildings to develop a growth strategy for building design services.
• Identify, qualify and advance new opportunities aligned with growth plan.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and community influencers.
• Anticipate client needs and position Garver as a go-to partner for design solutions.
• Work with technical and marketing teams to craft win themes for proposals and interviews.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network.
• Represent Garver at local market events and industry conferences.
• Engage with professional groups like SMPS, AIA, ULI and related bodies.
• Deliver exceptional client service to maintain and grow relationships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in A/E/C

10+ years experience without a degree

CPSM certification preferred
