• Position: Assistant General Manager, NON-CDL Transportation

• Location: DFW Airport

Requirements:

• Class B or Class Alicensenot required but preferred

• MUSThaveatleast 2 yrs ofshuttledriving experience

• MUST havePassenger Endorsement.

• Must have 2 years or more Transportation Managerexperience.

The Spirit of the Position:

TheAssistant General Manager, NON-CDL Transportation helps tooversee the operations of a location(s), under thedirection of the General Manager to ensure 24/7 professional parking management. As a company devoted to promoting an employee-focused servant leadership culture, the Assistant General Manager will support the programs and initiatives originating from our home office and help to support the individual needs of their operational teams throughout their assigned location(s).

Principal Job Duties:

• Lead, direct, and develop team of shuttle drivers at the DFW Airport.

• Manage, plan, train and direct the activities of on-site shuttle drivers.

• Identifying high potential employees to support the organization's continued growth.

• Ensure drivers are driving the proper routes and hitting the scheduled pick up times while keeping on schedule.

• Oversee the transition of newly assigned locations from acceptance of contract through opening of location ensuring client satisfaction.

• Responsible for developing client relationships and business retention.

• Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreement between LAZ Parking and our clients.

• Communicate effectively with all required entities regarding operation emergencies.

Requirements:

• Class B License preferred

• Must have a passenger endorsement and medical certificate

• Experience driving shuttles with air brakes preferred

• Must be at least 21years of age.

Education:

Bachelor's degreeor equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• Must have experience working and supervising a shuttle program

• Must have experience with DOT compliance with regards to DOT inspections

• 2 + years in Management role.
