Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, technical or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of manufacturing engineering experience focused on Injection Molding.

• Develop and implement the sourcing strategy.
• Troubleshoot order execution to ensure customer success.
• Interface with machine shops and customers.
