Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (DRT) to support Veterans care at 1051 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ. The role involves primary patient care, operation of radiographic equipment, and imaging procedures, with emphasis on safety and quality control.

You must hold ARRT certification (R), be licensed to practice in the U.S., and have BLS/ACLS. CT, MRI, Mammography or IR/CIR credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
• Licensed to practice Radiologic Technology in the U.S. or D.C.
• Be certified in general radiologic technology (R) by ARRT.
• One or more ARRT specialties: CT, MRI, Mammography, IR or CIR.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with VA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care using diagnostic radiographic equipment.
• Prepare patients and explain procedures; provide reassurance and education.
• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations and document findings.
• Conduct quality control and protect patients from radiation exposure.
• Monitor patients and notify physicians of changes.
• Record data in patient information systems and maintain clean work areas.
