Job summary

Western Digital Corp. seeks a Sr. Director of DEX Technology Architecture to steer enterprise HR technology, AI and integration strategy. You will shape reference architectures for HCM, payroll, timekeeping and employee services, while ensuring durable, value-driven decisions aligned with enterprise standards.

You will personally evaluate vendors, set data standards, and partner with HR and IT to translate capability needs into architecture across multi-year roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise IT/HR architecture and strategy.
• Experience guiding CHRO/CTO-level stakeholders and governance.
• Hands-on data/cloud architecture with AI fluency.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern DEX architecture strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead multi-year platform modernization and integrations.
• Evaluate vendors, build PO/POC governance, and ensure durable decisions.
• Embed architecture in Agile/SAFe delivery and governance.
