Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) seeks a DevSecOps Engineering Program Manager to lead and scale an enterprise DevSecOps platform across classified environments. You will bridge technical execution with program leadership, coordinating SMEs, vendors, and government stakeholders.

The role requires on-site presence in Fall River, MA, at least three days a week, and an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance; you will drive agile delivery, architecture decisions, and governmental engagement.

Responsibilities

• Agile Iteration Management & Delivery Execution: plan, scope, and prioritize Agile iterations, sprints, and release roadmaps; track and report work from backlog refinement through DoD state; facilitate sprint ceremonies; maintain traceability between epics/features and milestones using Jira/Confluence/PMO tools.
