Job summary

Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks an experienced engineer for the Developer Support Team to evolve and secure software development platforms used across the naval nuclear enterprise.

You will design and extend CI/CD pipelines, implement cybersecurity controls, and enable AI-driven development and automation, while providing customer support to application teams.

This role offers a path to impact across developers, security posture, and DevSecOps culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires BS with 4+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 2+ years, or Doctorate in a related field.
• Current Advanced Reactor Training Engineer, Refueling Engineer, or RPCO Engineer at the Company.
• Security-focused DevOps experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and extend CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps best practices.
• Provide customer support for Application Development platforms.
• Understand and implement cybersecurity controls for various platforms.
• Enable AI tooling and automation for software development.
