Ideal candidates have a decade of software/DevSecOps experience, cloud security expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP, and a proven track record in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' software development experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Equivalent education combined with experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute DevSecOps strategy and roadmap.
• Lead DevSecOps engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Foster security, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Integrate security controls across SDLC and define KPIs.
• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation with development teams.
