Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software development, strong CI/CD, IaC, and cloud security experience within regulated or high-security settings.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in software development, preferably aerospace.
• Experience with build automation and CI/CD.
• Experience with secure cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid setups.
• Experience with container security management (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Strong knowledge of IAM, configuration management, and secure SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DevSecOps strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor DevSecOps engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Shape a culture of security, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance to align objectives.
• Define team goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Oversee secure CI/CD pipelines and IaC security best practices.
