Your Role

The Quality Engineering team collaborates with agile teams to deliver fast, effective, and high-quality results. The DevSecOps Engineer, Senior, will report to the IT Quality Engineer Manager. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automation and manual tests in Integration, Functional, and Regression testing, covering QA functions across multiple applications such as Facets custom & core configuration, EDI, and interfaces.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strongly prefers working knowledge of Agile Safe methodology
• Strongly prefers prior experience leading Quality Engineering efforts on strategic projects or product teams
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java and Python for developing automated test scripts
• Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strongly prefers automation scripting experience using Selenium for Web and API testing
• Well-versed with Keyword Driven framework and Page Object Model (POM)
• Strongly prefers working knowledge of UNIT testing frameworks (TestNG and PyTest)
• Strongly prefers working knowledge of databases and proficiency in writing SQL queries
• Strongly prefers experience with test case management tools such as Xray or similar, and Atlassian tools like Jira
• Strongly prefers working knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms
• Desired experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) via Pega
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, GitLab CI, JFrog Artifactory, BitBucket, or Azure DevOps, focusing on security integration and automated testing at all stages
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation tasks, especially security-related automation
• Desired experience testing Facets core applications, e.g., Enrollment, Membership, Billing, and Claims
• Desired working knowledge of EDI and X12 transactions such as 270, 271, 276, 277, 278, 820, 834, 835, and 837
• Desired understanding of Test Driven Development processes
• Good communication skills are required
• Desired healthcare IT industry experience, especially with electronic health records and related systems

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $99,000 to $148,500 for California.
