Job summary

Harris is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security into software development, CI/CD, and cloud operations. You will design and maintain secure pipelines, shift left security, automate controls, and ensure scalable, compliant infrastructure.

You will mentor teams on secure coding and IaC practices, collaborating across engineering, security, and operations to drive secure delivery and risk-based remediation across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Infrastructure Engineering with a security focus.
• Experience integrating automated security gates into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Proficiency in scripting/automation languages (Python, Bash, Go).
• Expertise with major cloud platforms and cloud security tooling (IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead secure CI/CD design, implement and maintain pipelines with automated security scanning (SAST/DAST/SCA).
• Architect and manage scalable, compliant cloud infrastructure.
• Implement container security and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for safe deployment.
• Stay updated on DevSecOps trends, security standards, and vulnerability management.
• Mentor team on secure SDLC practices and IaC security.
