Job summary

System One IT is seeking a cleared DevSecOps Generalist to design, automate, and secure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines at Ft Meade in a hybrid on-site role. The ideal candidate will hold an active DoD Secret clearance (or higher), with 3+ years in DevSecOps, and hands-on experience with RHEL, Ansible, and automated security testing in pipelines.

This direct-hire position offers $120k-$140k per year plus benefits, with opportunity to work on mission-critical software across defense cloud

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher).
• Local to Maryland; able to work on-site at Ft. Meade.
• 3+ years in DevSecOps/DevOps or related field.
• Experience with RHEL, Ansible, and CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Design declarative GitOps pipelines with CI/CD tools.
• Automate policy and compliance gates (cATO) per DoDI 8430.
• Harden containers and manage DoD standards.
• Develop microservices in Go, Python, Java, or Rust, with tests.
