Job summary

Outside Analytics, a proud subsidiary of SMX, invites a DevSecOps Engineer to join our Boulder on-site team. You will work across CI/CD, security integration, and deployment automation to support space-ground systems and real-time data processing.

The role requires an active interim DoD Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship) and 5+ years of hands-on DevSecOps experience with Docker, scripting, and GitLab CI/CD; salary ranges from $145k to $160k, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Active Interim DoD Secret clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship required.
5+ years hands-on experience with Bash/Python scripting, GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory, creating tests for multiple languages, and Docker.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate deployments to development, test, and operational environments.
Execute software release processes including branching, versioning, manifest management, and test readiness.
Create, maintain, and improve CI pipelines.
Monitor CI pipelines for performance and address issues.
Implement and maintain version promotion within CI pipelines.
Integrate CI pipelines with development tools for artifact management and testing.
Execute continuous delivery and deploy applications into orchestrated environments.
Manage integration, security scanning, and deployment of multiple apps.
Troubleshoot deployed applications in development and production.
Implement and maintain Helm charts.
Ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed.
