360Learning provides a collaborative learning management platform that helps companies upskill employees, customers, and partners through internal experts. Its platform enables Learning & Development teams to accelerate training and onboarding.

Задачи:

• Complete onboarding and learn how the company works through its platform and Convexity culture
• Map the Azure and AKS environment, detection and logging coverage, and ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control scope with the CISO and Security Engineer
• Work daily with the DevOps, platform engineering, and IT teams
• Shadow alert triage and a customer security assessment end to end
• Handle infrastructure-related alerts end to end
• Ship hardening or automation improvements to production
• Own infrastructure vulnerability management from triage to remediation follow-up
• Launch a honeypot and produce high-fidelity alerts
• Expand SIEM connector coverage and document log sources and retention
• Run infrastructure vulnerability remediation on a predictable cycle with SLA reporting
• Manage detection content as code, with reviewed and tested rules and documented runbooks
• Automate audit evidence for infrastructure
• Eliminate long-lived credentials on critical paths so engineering teams can ship with secure defaults

Требования:

• 5+ Years in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering with a strong security focus, or in security engineering with hands‑on infrastructure practice
• Production experience with Kubernetes, including RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling, workload identity, and runtime security
• Solid cloud experience; Azure is preferred, while strong AWS or Google Cloud experience is also suitable with a genuine interest in converting
• Experience with Terraform, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Scripting and automation experience with Python or Go, plus shell
• Comfortable reading and writing code and opening pull requests on repositories owned by other teams
• Experience with log analysis and investigation across cloud audit logs, query languages, and identity, network, and application sources
• Fluent English (US/UK), B2 level or equivalent (FR)
• Enthusiasm for the company’s working environment
