Job summary

Waters is seeking a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer to design, automate, secure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and software delivery pipelines in a regulated environment. You will work with software engineers, architects, and cybersecurity stakeholders to implement secure DevSecOps practices throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes Terraform/IaC, Jenkins/GitLab CI/CircleCI, automated security testing, and FDA/regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM required.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Python or C# and DevOps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu, etc.) and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform.
• Document CI/CD pipelines and best practices for software teams.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for code and infrastructure.
• Integrate automated security scanning and compliance checks into pipelines.
• Monitor and improve security posture, including vulnerability management.
