Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a DevOps-focused engineer to reduce friction in CI/CD pipelines and platform workflows across connected and air-gapped environments.

You will help ensure software delivered to classified environments meets security and compliance requirements, while contributing to a repeatable Software Factory. The role involves delivering tooling, environments, and guidance to engineers across programs, and collaborating with security teams to maintain auditability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional software or technical experience.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and IaC tools.
• Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes.
• Basic scripting in Python or Bash.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset.

• Improve developer experience by reducing friction in CI/CD pipelines and platform workflows.
• Ensure software delivered to classified environments meets security and compliance requirements.
