Job summary

Peregrine Advisors is a data and technology hub partnering with the U.S. federal government.

You will help build and operate secure delivery pipelines that move federal systems from commit to production, including CI/CD, blue/green canary deployments, and automated health checks, while containerizing services and ensuring auditable security practices. You will implement SAST/DAST/Policy-as-code, monitoring, and logging to meet NIST SP 800-53 controls, with a focus on learning and applying new

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of software development, platform, or operations engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Scripting ability (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts, with hands-on experience in at least one pipeline tool.
• Familiarity with cloud services on AWS and with containerization.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation or Terraform).
• Basic proficiency in writing, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate secure delivery pipelines for federal systems.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with blue/green and canary strategies and automated health checks.
• Write infrastructure-as-code on AWS and containerize services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, vulnerability scanning, and policy‑as‑code checks.
• Support Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security evidence assembly.
