Job summary

DCCA in Colorado seeks a DevSecOps Engineer to support cloud-based development environments and stand‑alone systems within the program architecture. You will contribute to full‑stack web applications using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes and Cucumber, while leveraging C++ and Python expertise.

Working in an Agile DevSecOps setting, you will perform unit-level testing, assist in cloud configuration definitions, and support risk and opportunity assessments in cross‑functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Security+ certification preferred.
• Proficient in C++ and Python.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and Cucumber.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration support for cloud-based development environments or dedicated stand‑alone systems identified in the program architecture.
• Interface with and help build full stack web applications using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cucumber.
• Be proficient in C++ and Python.
• Work with Agile, DevSecOps, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD) concepts, making use of test automation and other tools.
• Assist in the definition and implementation of commercial cloud‑based development environment configurations.
• Perform unit‑level software testing for all assigned features and support integration testing as applicable to those features.
• Work collaboratively in a cross‑discipline environment with both internal and external customers to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop/maintain training materials.
• Support risk and opportunity assessments.

Candidate must have an active TS/SCI w/ Poly to be considered.

Key Tasks:

• Provide system administration support for the cloud-based development environments or dedicated stand‑alone systems identified in the program architecture.

• Be proficient in C++ and Python.
