Rincon Research Corporation is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to develop advanced secure cloud computing solutions for complex national security and defense challenges in signal processing, geolocation, and communication. You will create and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure that supports mission‑critical applications for front‑line customer facilities, providing actionable intelligence that has a direct, measurable impact on national security missions.
You’ll work in a multidisciplinary R&D environment alongside talented and motivated electrical engineers, mathematicians, and computer scientists/engineers in a highly rewarding personal and professional setting. At RRC, you’ll be involved throughout the entire system lifecycle—from architecture and development to deployment, operations, and maintenance. Core responsibilities include designing real‑time cloud processing solutions, implementing advanced signal processing and geolocation algorithms with efficient software, testing with real data, and delivering applications to front‑line customer facilities. You craft effective user interfaces and data visualization tools. A key duty is staying current with the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies, as well as experimenting with new technologies to bring innovative solutions into RRC projects. RRC team members can expect to work across all functional areas: systems engineering, development, integration and testing, deployment and operations & maintenance, gaining direct mission feedback from customers and seeing your work make a meaningful impact.
