Rincon Research Corporation (RRC), an employee-owned company, is seeking an Advanced Systems Engineer to work in a multi-disciplinary R&D environment with similarly motivated electrical engineers, mathematicians, computer scientists, and analysts who are collectively responsible for creating custom digital signal processing solutions and leveraging them to make an operational mission impact.

Core responsibilities include leading requirements development, system architecture and design, risk identification and mitigation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to produce clear, traceable technical documentation, and proficiency with modern engineering tools, test environments, and secure computing systems is paramount. The ability to work unsupervised with minimal direction and the ability to self-start is a must.
