Job summary

CACI is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer in the United States to join our engineering team and drive secure infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will help implement Kubernetes-based workloads, cloud deployments, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with distributed teams.

The role requires 1–2+ years in Infrastructure/DevOps, strong problem-solving, and the ability to operate under TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and engagement with virtual or remote teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with Infrastructure as code tooling (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Experience creating, editing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
• Experience with containerized applications and container orchestration systems.
• Scripting, automation, and programming skills (Bash, Python).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, CS, or related field; 4 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain.

The Opportunity:

This position is for a Infrastructure/DevSecOps Engineer. You'll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented team members. Our ideal candidate is an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer who is a hard charging self-starter that can come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have a basic understanding of Kubernetes, AWS, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1-2+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps experience
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engagement with virtual or remote teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience working with Infrastructure as code tooling (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Experience creating, editing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
• Experience working with containerized applications and container orchestration systems
• Scripting, automation, and programming skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field for 4 years of directly related work experience in lieu of a degree
• Existing or ability to obtain IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP+)
• Active U.S Government TS/SCI clearance

Desired:

• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology
• Familiarity with government risk management framework (RMF) processes
• Familiarity with Linux systems administration and STIG hardening
• Familiarity with GitOps deployment workflows
• Experience with cloud networking and cloud security concepts

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$69,100-$141,500
