Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer specializing in Infrastructure as Code for hybrid on-premise and cloud deployments. Work with cybersecurity, systems, and software teams to advance compute, networking, and storage capabilities.

You will build scalable architectures, implement secure multi-tenant capabilities, and lead IaC skill development across groups, while aligning with Agile practices and CI/CD pipelines. Eligibility for US Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL/Rocky/Ubuntu).
• Experience with IaC concepts and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef).
• Understanding of network switching and routing concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and GitOps/CI-CD pipelines.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain US Top Secret clearance.

This role is a classified DevSecOps Engineer focused on Infrastructure as Code for hybrid on-premise and cloud deployments, working with cybersecurity, systems, and software engineering teams to develop next-generation computational, networking, and storage capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Develop scalable, hybrid architectures spanning on-premise and cloud environments
• Implement and test secure multi-tenant capabilities for resource consolidation
• Research, develop, and evaluate new hardware and software technologies to meet customer needs
• Build DevSecOps processes and establish CI/CD pipelines for Infrastructure and Policy as Code automation
• Mentor and lead other engineers to grow Infrastructure as Code skillsets across teams

What You Need

• Knowledge and experience with Linux operating systems such as RHEL, Rocky Linux, and Ubuntu
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef
• Understanding of network switching and routing concepts
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and GitOps with CI/CD pipelines
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain US Top Secret Clearance with customer approval

Nice to Have

• Experience with container orchestration such as Kubernetes and container runtimes like Podman, Docker, or Singularity
• Experience with Software Defined Networking and service mesh
• Experience with Policy as Code tools such as OPA, Oso, Cedar, or Kyverno
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Software development and debugging in Go, Rust, or Python
• Proficiency with core security concepts including encryption, authentication, and Zero-Trust Architecture
• Understanding of NIST SP 800-53 controls and their technical implementation
• Relevant certifications such as CKA, Linux+, LPIC-*, RHCSA, or RHCSE
