Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. is seeking a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to build and maintain DevSecOps environments and pipelines supporting automated testing and secure deployments for VA programs.

You will implement automated testing, security scanning, and monitor release metrics across cloud environments, with extensive experience in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Terraform, and AWS GovCloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT‑related field with 7–10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Automate all phases of software delivery, including builds, tests, deployments, zero‑downtime releases, rollbacks, and deployment validation.
• Support Test‑Driven Development (TDD) by integrating automated testing and code validation into the pipeline.
• Capture DevSecOps performance and compliance metrics directly from CI/CD pipeline runs.
• Support creation and maintenance of product environments across VA government cloud (Development, SQA, Pre‑Production, Production).
• Incorporate automated static and dynamic security testing into every pipeline stage (Fortify, SonarQube).
• Ensure all software delivery processes meet enterprise security requirements and support continuous authorization.
• Produce Monitoring Plans and DSO Dashboards detailing release cadence, automated test coverage, failure rates, lead time, MTTR, automated rollbacks, SLT performance.
• Utilize and provide expertise in DevSecOps tooling including Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub, Nexus, Artifactory, Docker, ECR, Sonar, Maven, NPM, Terraform, CloudFormation, Elastic Stack, AppDynamics
• Deliver Automated Testing Reports and Product ICDs.
