Job summary

Sealing Technologies, a Parsons company, is seeking a DevSecOps Lead in Columbia, MD to design and own the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline, embedding security gates, and raise delivery maturity. You will implement a secure, reproducible release process and drive operational discipline across engineering teams.

You will build offline deployment capabilities, manage Nexus as the trusted source of truth, and push infrastructure-as-code with GPU lab provisions, collaborating on infra roadmap and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE or infrastructure with ownership of a CI/CD pipeline
• Proven track record building pipelines/platforms in fast-moving environments
• Expert-level GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD with security scanning
• Deep container experience (Docker/Podman) and RPM packaging
• VMware/ESXi administration with GPU resource management
• Advanced Linux admin (RHEL/Rocky), networking, IPMI/iDRAC
• Experience delivering software to offline/restricted networks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end CI/CD pipeline with security gates

• Package, sign, and validate deployments for offline networks
• Build and operate GPU/hardware lab for AI/ML testing
