Job summary

Swarms is seeking a DevRel Lead to steer the DevReal platform, our innovative agent development and deployment infrastructure. You will create tools and systems that empower developers to build and deploy multi-agent applications.

You will lead a team of engineers, design scalable architecture, and drive developer tooling and documentation, while partnering with research and product to shape the platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Experience building developer platforms or tools.
• Strong architectural skills and ability to design scalable systems.
• Led and mentored engineering teams.
• Passionate about developer experience and tooling.
