- Strong experience with Java and related web technologies.
- Java/SQL performance tuning (GC, heap, JVM, explain plan).
- Ability to collaborate with architects, developers, and DBAs.
- Exposure to Apache, Tomcat, VmWare and OpenStack is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work with engineers to run performance tests and report results.
- Use performance tools like LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Identify and investigate site performance issues proactively.
- Present findings to stakeholders with varying technical levels.
- Stay current with technology trends and apply to performance problems.
