Job summary

Susquehanna International Group in the Philadelphia area headquarters is seeking a DevOps Support Engineer to join our Market Data Operations team. You will provide daily operational support for proprietary trading systems and collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve production issues.

The role emphasizes automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code, with opportunities to grow in development, platform engineering, testing, and business analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in an application support, operations, DevOps, systems administration, or related role.
• Scripting experience and a drive toward automating repetitive tasks (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Unix and Linux command line experience/knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and communicate during system outages.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows.
• BS in a technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support of proprietary trading systems
• Troubleshoot and support Linux based systems
• Deploy and maintain critical applications
• Implement automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code
• Support and work alongside a cross‑functional engineering team on the latest technologies
• Communicate to both business and technology communities during production issues
• Work on a wide variety of projects depending on business needs and your interests
