Job summary

You will own production support, incident management, and collaboration with development, release management, IT, and business teams to ensure reliable releases and site performance. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in development, quality assurance, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of ecommerce business models; Salesforce Commerce Cloud, IBM Sterling OMS, and React JS experience preferred.
