The DevOps & Solution Enablement Manager is responsible for establishing and driving the function that connects Engineering and Production Operations.
The primary purpose of the role is to create the operational pull from Production Operations into Engineering while ensuring that product releases are transformed into customer-ready solution releases. This includes translating deployment experience, supportability requirements, customer feedback, and operational challenges into engineering priorities, automation initiatives, and platform improvements.
This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines solution enablement, release management, automation, and operational excellence. Initially operating as an individual contributor, the successful candidate will work across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, PMO, Customer Success, and Engineering Support to improve production readiness, deployment efficiency, supportability, and scalability.
The role acts as the operational voice within Engineering and the engineering voice within Operations, ensuring that customer delivery realities directly influence product evolution and that multi‑product releases are delivered as cohesive, deployable solutions.
Success in this role will be measured by reduced operational complexity, increased automation, improved solution readiness, faster customer adoption, and stronger alignment between Engineering and Operations.
